#WildFerment2016 is a totally unique food & drink craft gathering that celebrates all things wild fermented. It acknowledges the importance of traditional cultural wild fermenting skills and aims to facilitate passing these on as a vital part of our rightful culinary inheritance. In a food landscape dominated by corporate factory farming, industrial processing, food technology and supermarket control, we aim to foment a revolution starting in your gardens and kitchens!

We have some of the best Wild Fermenters hosting sessions/demos/tastings during the day so you can learn, share and get fermenting in your own kitchens. We’ll be covering everything from Kim Chi, Kombucha, Beer, Wine, Cider Kefir, Cheese and more. The Wild Ferment market area will be open for business for you to try and buy.

Timetable of sessions will be released soon and tickets will be available from the end of November 2015.
